Invite your team
Everyone on your team can read and manage docs. Invite them from Settings, then Team, and choose a role for each person: owner, admin, or member.
Invited teammates get an email with a link to join. They can accept from any device, and you can resend or revoke an invite at any time.
Invites expire after 7 days. Expired invites can be resent from the same screen.
Roles
- Owner: full control, including billing and deleting the project.
- Admin: manages articles, team, and settings.
- Member: writes, edits, and publishes docs.
